INSTALLATION FITTINGS & INLET VALVES

The pipework for central vacuum systems is generally PVC for domestic properties and light weight steel for larger commercial applications. The domestic pipe and fittings are Ø50mm (2”) in diameter and have been specially designed for ‘air movement’ and regular plumbing fittings are not compatible in size or specification. 

There are various fittings available with long radius profiles to ensure the best possible air flow and dust/ debris movement from the inlet valve through to the power unit. 

We offer two fixing options for attaching the fittings to the pipe, and the most common type of fixing is by using solvent glue, and we supply compression fittings for an alternative method.

We supply a range of different style inlet valves and colours and associated valve mounting plates in square and rectangular profiles.
